If your question is not addressed here, please call the library during designated hours for assistance or email us at library@ub.edu.bs .
Q. How do I request items for pickup?
A. You can request items using our online public access catalog (OPAC) or by calling 302-4491 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. In OPAC, put items on hold by logging into your library account. If you call to request items, we will also schedule a time for you to come to the library to pick up your items or you can schedule a time online.
Pick-up appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the hours designated above.
At your scheduled pickup time, come to the library and your items will be brought outside to the Checkout table for you to pick up.
