NURS 420/NUPR 420 Leadership and Management in Nursing (RNBS 406/RNBS 407)

NURS 420 / RNBS 406: Students examine management and leadership principles essential for effective nurse managers and leaders in health care environments.

NUPR 420 / RNBS 407: Students apply knowledge gained in NURS 406 to leadership and management within a variety of health care settings. Emphasis is on communication, decision making, motivation and management.
